Billing and Plan

How Drafft billing works, where to view invoices, and how to change your plan.

Drafft is billed monthly based on the number of active vehicles in your fleet. Billing is managed in Settings → Billing.

Your current plan

The Billing page shows:

  • Plan name — your current subscription tier.
  • Active vehicles — the number of trucks currently billed.
  • Next billing date — when your next invoice is generated.
  • Payment method — the card on file.

How vehicles are counted

Drafft counts active vehicles — any truck that has reported GPS or fuel data in the current billing month. Vehicles that are permanently removed from Drafft before the billing cycle ends are not counted.

Trailers are not billed separately.

Viewing past invoices

Scroll down on the Billing page to the Invoice History section. Click any invoice to download a PDF. Invoices are generated on the same date each month.

Updating payment method

Click Update Payment Method on the Billing page. You'll be prompted to enter new card details. The new card is charged on the next billing date.

Changing your plan

To change your subscription tier — for example, to add more vehicles or unlock additional features — contact support@drafftai.com. Our team will update your plan and prorate the difference on your next invoice.

Cancelling

To cancel your Drafft subscription, contact support@drafftai.com at least 5 business days before your next billing date. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation in case you need to export it.
