Team Management

How to manage user access — roles, invites, and removing members from your fleet.

Your Drafft fleet can have multiple users with different access levels. Team management is in Settings → Team.

Roles

| Role | Permissions | |------|-------------| | Admin | Full access: all data, settings, integrations, billing, and team management. | | Dispatcher | Operational access: fleet, fuel, maintenance, agents, and alerts. Cannot edit settings or billing. | | Viewer | Read-only access to all data. Cannot make changes or send messages. |

Every fleet has at least one admin — the account owner. You can promote other members to admin.

Inviting a team member

  1. Go to Settings → Team.
  2. Click Invite Member.
  3. Enter the person's email address.
  4. Select their role.
  5. Click Send Invite.

The invitee receives an email with a sign-up link. Once they accept and set a password, they appear as Active in your team list.

Changing a role

Click the current role badge next to any active member and select a new role from the dropdown. Changes are immediate.

Removing a member

Click the trash icon next to the member and confirm removal. Their session is invalidated immediately — they can no longer access the dashboard. If they have a pending invite that hasn't been accepted, you can cancel it the same way.

Pending invites

Unaccepted invites appear at the bottom of the team list as Pending. You can:

  • Resend — sends the invite email again.
  • Cancel — invalidates the invite link.
